The programme of will:
Produce knowledgeable and be technically competent in the field of Computer Science in line with Artificial Intelligence industry requirement locally and globally
Perform well as a team player, demonstrate good leadership qualities in an organization, and be effective in communication.
Solve problems related to the field of Computer Science creatively, innovatively, ethically, using numerical and technical skills, and through sustainable approach to solve Artificial Intelligence related problems.
Demonstrate entrepreneurship skills and recognize the need of lifelong learning, as well using a broad range of information, media, and technology applications for successful career advancement.

Entry Requirements
In order to be eligible for the course of study, candidates should have fulfilled the relevant minimum qualifications indicated under one of the following three categories.
Category (1)
(a) Sri Lankan GCE AL: A minimum of 3 "S" passes in any 3 approved AL subject
OR
(b) Cambridge/Edexcel AL: A minimum of 3 "E" passes in any subject.
Category (2)
Those without 3 AL passes as indicated in category (1) (a) OR (1)(b) but sat for AL examination AND successful completion of Lincoln Foundation in Maths (10 months)
Category (3)
GCE OL 6 passes including Maths and successful completion of Lincoln Foundation in Maths(12 months)

Credit transfer for registration at 3rd year:
Pearson Higher National Diploma/SQA Advanced Diploma or any other Diploma in relevant field to be considered on case by case basis in consultation with Lincoln University
