The Bachelor of Pharmacy program of Lincoln University allows the students with the opportunity to acquire informative knowledge about the different aspects of design, development, discovery, testing as well as the helpful use of medicines and drugs. It also focuses on the aspect of distribution of drugs as well. Thus this program is aptly suited for individuals, who are willing to work in the health care sector as health care providers or as providers of pharmaceutical care.

Entry Requirements
In order to be eligible candidates should have fulfilled the relevant minimum qualifications indicated under one of the following three categories.
Category (1)
(a) Sri Lankan GCE AL: A minimum of 3 "S" passes in the approved AL subjects including Biology and Chemistry, ‘C’ pass for Chemistry is an additional advantage.
OR
(b) Cambridge/Edexcel AL: A minimum of 3 "E" passes including Biology and Chemistry.
Category (2)
Those without 3 AL passes as indicated in category (1) (a) OR (1)(b) but sat for AL examination in Biology stream AND successful completion of Lincoln Foundation in Science (10 months)
Category (3)
GCE OL 6 passes including Maths and successful completion of Lincoln Foundation in Science (12 months)

Completion of External Pharmacist Examination with SLMC registration certificate and Certificate of Efficiency as Pharmacists.
